• All prices are in AUD and include GST (unless stated otherwise).
• Payment is required at checkout.
• We do not store full credit card details.

Orders must be accurate and complete. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or incomplete orders.

• Orders are shipped across Australia (see our Shipping & Returns Policy).
• Delivery times are estimates only.
• Risk passes to you upon delivery.

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and our Shipping & Returns Policy.

• All products are covered by ACL guarantees.
• You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major failures.
• Manufacturer warranties may also apply.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.
• Claims must include proof of purchase and be submitted in writing to Sales@ozdentalmart.com.au.
